Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-24 Effective: 2026-05-24
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flowlibs.com and the FlowLibs service (together, the "Service"), operated by Aron Brown d/b/a FlowLibs ("FlowLibs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using it under applicable law.
2. Accounts
- You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to access FlowLibs.
- One person or legal entity per account. Do not share account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@flowlibs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for FlowLibs, or have been inactive for an extended period.
3. What FlowLibs provides
FlowLibs is a curated library of production-grade Microsoft Power Automate cloud flow patterns. The Service lets you:
- Browse the full pattern library and copy any pattern — free for all users, including free-tier accounts.
- Read structured, step-by-step flow walkthroughs.
- Download import-ready managed-solution packages for each pattern (a paid Pro feature — see Section 5). Each package is designed to be imported directly into your Power Platform environment, with connection references, environment variables, and choices included.
The features, limits, and contents of each plan shown on /pricing are the authoritative source and control over any inconsistency in these Terms. We may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice.
4. Your license to use patterns and downloads
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to copy, modify, and use FlowLibs patterns and any managed-solution packages you download in your own automation work, including for commercial use by you or your employer, without attribution. This license survives cancellation of your account for any pattern or package you accessed while your account was in good standing.
What you may not do:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish FlowLibs patterns or managed-solution packages — or a meaningful subset of the FlowLibs library — as a product, course, package, or "patterns site" of your own.
- Use the patterns, packages, or the Service to build a directly competing catalog of Power Automate patterns or solutions.
- Remove or obscure any license, attribution, or provenance comments embedded in the patterns or solutions.
- Train machine-learning models on FlowLibs patterns, solution packages, or site content without our prior written permission.
- Share, mirror, or otherwise make managed-solution downloads available to people who are not entitled to them under a paid plan.
Outside of these restrictions, you don't owe us attribution, and you can absolutely ship automations you built that happen to use a FlowLibs pattern or solution as a building block — that's the whole point.
5. Plans and billing
FlowLibs offers the following plans. Current pricing and plan contents are shown on /pricing and control over any summary here.
- Free ($0) — browse the full pattern library, copy any pattern, read structured walkthroughs, and community support.
- Pro — everything in Free, plus unlimited downloads of the import-ready managed-solution packages for every pattern, full step-by-step flow walkthroughs, and priority email support. Pro is billed $99 per year or $69 every 6 months, charged in advance for the full period you select at checkout.
- Team — everything in Pro for up to 10 seats, a shared pattern workspace, custom pattern uploads, SSO / Azure AD integration, and dedicated Slack support. Team plans are arranged by contacting us at hello@flowlibs.com.
No free trial. Pro does not include a free trial. You pay for your selected billing period up front and get access for that full period.
Billing and renewal. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe via hosted checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method in advance for the billing period you select. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — annually for the yearly plan, or every 6 months for the semi-annual plan — until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for (the remainder of the year on the annual plan, or the remainder of the current 6-month window on the semi-annual plan). There are no cancellation fees.
Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your subscription. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Refunds. Because the Service is digital and access is granted immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, but we do not provide prorated or partial refunds. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (including the UK/EU right of withdrawal, if it applies to you). See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation, billing errors, and how to get help.
Taxes. Prices displayed may or may not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that apply to your purchase.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: don't scrape us, don't abuse the Service, and don't use FlowLibs to build things that hurt people.
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant FlowLibs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. You retain ownership of the information in your account and profile; see the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
8. Intellectual property
FlowLibs — the Service, the site design, the curation and arrangement of patterns, the managed-solution packages, the FlowLibs name and logo, and all supporting software — is owned by Aron Brown and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the license granted to you in Section 4, these Terms do not grant you any rights in FlowLibs intellectual property.
9. DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content on FlowLibs infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@flowlibs.com including: (i) your contact information, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work, (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material with a URL, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and (vi) your signature (electronic is fine). We respond to valid notices consistent with the DMCA. For the full notice-and-takedown and counter-notification procedure — including how removed material can be restored and our repeat-infringer policy — see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service, the patterns, and the managed-solution packages are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
FlowLibs is a reference catalog of automation patterns and solutions. You are responsible for reviewing each pattern or solution before deploying it in your environment, for security and compliance implications, and for testing it against your own systems. Never import a managed solution or paste a pattern directly into a production flow without reviewing it first.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- FlowLibs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
- FlowLibs's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so the above may not apply to you in full.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify FlowLibs and its operators against any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (ii) your use of a pattern or managed-solution package in a way that causes harm, or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the account page. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., the license already granted under Section 4, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date, and we will notify active users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you and FlowLibs consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FlowLibs regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
